WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING RATE?
Shipping rates are estimated during checkout. After the total weight of your complete order has been confirmed, the shipping charge will be adjusted. Depending on the weight of your order, the shipping charge may be more or less than your estimated quote.
- HOW CAN I TRACK A PACKAGE?
A shipping confirmation email will be sent with a tracking number once your order has been shipped out.
- WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY FOR 2-DAY OR 3-DAY ORDERS?
2-day and 3-day orders must be made before 12PM (PST) in order to be shipped out that day. If a 2-day or 3-day order is placed after 12PM (PST) it will be shipped out the next business day.
- NON-DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE:
There is a 20% restocking fee for all non-defective returned merchandise. Customer is responsible for shipping charges to return merchandise. Refund for non-defective merchandise will be made with store credit.
- DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE:
Shipping fees to return defective merchandise will be reimbursed ONLY if sent via USPS Standard. We will not be responsible for any returned shipping fees if sent via any other method besides USPS Standard. Refund for defective merchandise will be made with store credit.
